Vanessa

I’m Vanessa—postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, and founder of Doula Care AZ. My journey began over a decade ago when I became a mother at a young age. Without the support I needed, I felt the gaps deeply—and vowed to one day fill them for others. That vow became a calling.Since then, I’ve supported families through over 5,000 hours of hands-on care, trained with DONA International and Newborn Care Solutions, and built a practice rooted in emotional resonance and evidence-based guidance. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or adjusting to life with a newborn, I’m here to walk beside you.

"I've been a proud member of the Doula Care AZ team for over a year, and I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to support families through their postpartum journeys. My training was completed through the Newborn Care Training Academy, and I bring both professional experience and a mother's understanding to the families I work with. For more than ten years, I have cared for infants and children in both group settings and one-on-one, helping parents feel confident, supported, and at ease as they adjust to life with their new baby."
